Co-Lab AccelBio based in Biocant Park, Parque Tecnológico de Cantanhede, 3030-197 Cantanhede holder of NIPC 516 548 123(hereinafter referred to as “AccelBio”) warrants to the visitors of this Site (“User” or “Users”) the respect for their privacy and the protection of their personal data.

Visiting the website www.accelbio.pt (hereafter “Site”), by itself, does not imply the automatic registration of any personal data that identifies the User. However, the use of our contact form, “Contact Us”, “Careers” and our “Subscribe” forms may imply the provision of personal data by Users.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide the User the requested service or information. What data we store, we will protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Site Terms of Use and, together with the Cookie Policy, governs the collection and processing of personal data provided by Users, as well as the exercise of their rights with respect to such data, pursuant to General Data Protection Regulation, the European Parliament and the Council in force.

Co-Lab AccelBio is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of user’s personal data.

In order to access and use certain features of the Site, such as “Contact Us”, “Careers” and our “Subscribe” forms , the User must provide some personal data.

Personal data collected will be processed and stored by AccelBio for downloading documents and for the management of your contact and clarification requests, as part of pre-contractual inquiries at the request of the owner of the namely to respond to them by means of the “Contact Us” form, orby sharing specific content in the”Careers” form. The data collected are indispensable for the contact, so all required data are required to be supplied, otherwise your contact request or registration in the “Careers” Area or “Newsletter” will not be processed. The data is collect for the sole purpose of providing the service/information required by the User, and is collected by fair and lawful means, with the User’s knowledge and consent. In any case of collection, AccelBio assumes that the data collected has been entered by the holder of the data or has been authorized by the data subject, and is true, accurate and current.

We do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Cookies
If you have an account and log in to this site, a temporary cookie will be set to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and will be deleted when you close your browser.

The User has the right to transmit the personal data concerning him / her which he / she has provided to AccelBio in a structured, common use and automatic reading format, to another controller. Accordingly, the User may request, whenever technically possible and when legally applicable, the transmission of his / her personal data directly between the controllers.

However, if the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to their repetitive nature, AccelBio reserves the right to demand a fee taking into account the administrative costs related to the user’s request or to refuse to follow the request.

4. How long is personal data stored?

The personal data collected will be kept for the period necessary for the fulfillment of these purposes, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Users may freely browse the Site and will not be required to provide any personal data. They may, however, fill out the “Contact Form”, “Careers” or“Subscribe”, in which case they will be asked for some personal data.
