We are seeking a research technician trainee to join our team. The trainee will support the development of AccelBio’s platform “Advanced in vitro systems” by carrying experimental activities such as culture of human pluripotent stem cells, including cell maintenance and differentiation; RNA extraction and real-time quantitative PCR; cryosectioning techniques; and sample preparation for immunostaining and flow cytometry analysis.
