
Portugal has been announced as the Host Country for BIO-Europe Spring 2026, one of Europe’s leading partnering events in biotechnology and life sciences.
The 19th edition, held in Milan (17–19 March), marked a milestone for the Portuguese life sciences ecosystem, culminating in the announcement that Lisbon will host BIO-Europe Spring 2026 (23–25 March 2026). The event typically attracts around 4,000 participants, representing 1,500+ companies from 50+ countries.
This achievement reflects a joint national effort led by Biocant Park, CoLAB AccelBio, and P-BIO – Portuguese Bioindustry Association.
